Welcome to The Wandering Rocks Family (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thewanderingrocksfamily.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Site and place an order.
3) Orders, Payments, and Order Acceptance
Order acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order in our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues).
Payments: We currently accept PayPal. Payment processing is handled by PayPal under their terms and privacy practices.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise. Prices and product availability can change at any time.
4) Sales Tax
We are based in Wisconsin and currently collect sales tax as required under Wisconsin rules and applicable laws. If our tax obligations change in the future, we may update tax collection accordingly.
5) Products and Availability
We sell items such as shirts, hoodies, hats, and decals, and may add other physical goods in the future. We also may offer custom/personalized items, print-on-demand (POD) items, and digital products and/or appointment-based services in the future.
We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing/printing differences.
6) Made-to-Order, In-Stock, and POD
Our fulfillment methods may include:
In-stock items (ready to ship)
Made in-house on demand
Print-on-demand (POD) fulfilled by a third-party production partner (now or in the future)
Handling times (before shipment):
In-stock: typically 3–5 business days
Custom orders: typically 10–14 business days, with a possible rush option when available and communicated at checkout or by invoice
7) Shipping (US Only)
We ship within the United States only at this time.
We primarily ship via USPS, but we may choose the carrier that is fastest or most economical (which may include other carriers).
We fulfill and ship from our RV, which means shipping timelines can vary due to travel, weather, carrier pickup availability, or similar constraints.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
8) Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or failed delivery:
For standard (non-custom) items: we can reship at customer cost, or refund the item price minus original shipping.
For custom/personalized items: no refunds; reshipment (if possible) is at customer cost.
9) No Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We do not offer cancellations.
10) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our return/refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
11) Digital Products (If Offered)
If we offer digital products in the future (downloads, files, templates, etc.):
Digital products are generally final sale once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
If you have trouble accessing a digital product, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot or re-deliver.
12) Appointment-Based Products/Services (If Offered)
If we offer appointment-based services in the future:
Any scheduling, rescheduling, no-show, or refund terms will be described at booking/checkout or in the service listing and will apply to that purchase.
13) Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, designs, graphics, photos, text, and product images) is owned by The Wandering Rocks Family or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
14) Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting Site operation, scraping content, or using the Site for fraud or unlawful activity.
15) Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18) Disputes / Email Us First

19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
